"Oh my gosh, where to begin?! Marisa is simply amazing!! She helped me change my perspective on child birth and helped me achieve the most natural birth possible despite having beginning stages of pre-eclampsia. My goal was to have a birth free of medications and interventions. Unfortunately, due to the pre-eclampsia I had to be induced with pitocin but outside of that I gave birth to my daughter free of any pain medications, epidural and any interventions! Marisa was incredibly informative and was a source of support for both myself and my husband. She was always encouraging and ready to listen. She helped with stretches, body positioning, exercises to encourage my daughter to get into position and even mental support. She was great at suggesting coping techniques and had a bag full of supplies ready to help. She taught my husband some techniques as well to help me. I can't recommend her enough!! If you need someone in your corner she is the person!"
